Dan Parham leads product, operations, and design for the team. Dan was a Director of User Experience at Yahoo on their Marketplaces and Advertising Platform teams. Dan’s work has been recognized by the Venice Biennale of Architecture, American Institute of Graphic Arts, and Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum.
Candy Chang is a TED Prize Winner and World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. She has led community engagement projects with the United Nations, the World Bank, and the Rockefeller Foundation. Candy holds a Masters in Urban Planning from Columbia University, and Neighborland is based on her research.
Tee Parham, our CTO, has developed software for companies such as the YMCA, the American Cancer Society, Sagent (now Pitney Bowes), Miner and Miner, Pharmaca, Equifax, Brightfunds, and Entiera (now FICO). Tee has a Masters of Operations Research (Computer Science) from the University of Tennessee.
Julie Flynn of the Street Plans Collaborative leads facilitation for Neighborland. Julie is an urban planner specializing in public outreach, research, writing, graphic design and project management.
We have three full stack engineers and one product designer on staff. We have a flexible freelance team of facilitators, social media managers, and content creators that have supported our 200 partners on the Neighborland platform.
